Illgen spoke about her travels across the state, discussing with other county chairs the issues they’re facing, saying, “All of us seem to be going through the same struggles—not enough money and not enough support,” and continued by saying that she “hopes that in the coming months, we do get a tranche of money from RNC, but it is definitely time for a change.”
