So as you know from my last blog, I just recently got my first CoolSculpting treatment on my abdomen / “Mom Pouch” area, to reduce that stubborn fat.
It was sooo weird feeling during the procedure (not painful, just a vacuum sensation on my stomach and then cold!) but I didn’t expect for my stomach to still feel slightly numb where the procedure was done, it’s the weirdest sensation!
