Pork tenderloin is always a quick, easy, and relatively inexpensive dinner on the grill. Try this marinade and you won’t be disappointed.
Here’s What You’ll Need:
- 3/4 cup cola
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 1/2 Tbsp grated ginger
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp mustard powder
- 2 tsp salt
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp cardamom
- 1-2 1lb. Pork Tenderloins (trimmed of silver skin and any excess fat)
Mix together the marinade ingredients in a resealable bag, add the pork tenderloins, and place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
Prepare the grill for direct cooking over medium heat. (350-375 degrees)
Save the marinade and place in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium high heat and then simmer until thickened. Approximately 4-5 minutes.
Brush the pork with some olive oil before putting on the grill over direct heat. You’ll want to go about 5 minutes, turning once to get good grill marks.

Then baste with the reduced marinade and continue to grill until nicely browned all over and 145 degrees. Serve with more of the glaze.
