BRUSSELS, April 14 (Reuters) – Food giants Nestle and Mondelez said in separate statements on Tuesday they were not the target of European Commission antitrust raids carried out on Monday as part of a probe into a possible breach of antitrust rules in the chocolate confectionery market.
The Commission had said on Monday it carried out raids in two countries in premises of a company suspected of violation of antitrust rules that prohibit cartels and anti-competitive practices.
