WAUSAU, WI (WSAU-WAOW) – A Marathon County man is charged with 1st degree child sexual assault of a person under age 13.
He also faces a felony possession of meth charge and three other misdemeanor drug charges.
Benjamin Kilty had his initial appearance in court on Thursday where cash bond was set at $8,500. He’s also ordered to have no contact with any minors without an adult over age 25 present.
He’s due for a pre-trial conference on February 26.
