SHAWANO, WI (WSAU) — An early-morning house fire killed one person in Shawano.
First responders were called to a home on South Union Street at about 2:30 AM. By then, the structure was fully engulfed in flames.
When firefighters were able to get inside the structure, they found one person dead. Their identity is being withheld at this time.
No further details have been released, including the cause of the fire. More information will be released when appropriate.
