Green Bay Packers
GREEN BAY, WI (WSAU) — Green Bay Packers CB Keisean Nixon has been named to his first career Pro Bowl, replacing Seattle Seahawks CB Devon Witherspoon.
Nixon started a career-high 17 games for the Packers this season, recording 72 tackles (58 solo, No. 2 on the team), three tackles for a loss, an interception, a fumble recovery, and a career-high 17 passes defensed (tied for No. 6 in the NFL). His team-high 17 passes defensed were the most by a Packer in a season since CB Jaire Alexander recorded 17 in 2019. Nixon, who signed with Green Bay as a free agent in 2022 after spending his first three seasons with the Oakland/Las Vegas Raiders, is the only cornerback in the league to appear in all 17 games and post an INT in each of the last four seasons (2022-25).
He joins DE Micah Parsons on the NFC defensive roster, though Parsons won’t participate while he rehabs an ACL injury. No Packers were named to the NFC’s offensive roster.
The 2026 Pro Bowl Games are scheduled for February 3rd in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Witherspoon was forced to withdraw from the Pro Bowl Games when the Seahawks won the NFC Championship last weekend. They’ll play the New England Patriots in Super Bowl LX on February 8th at Levi’s Stadium.
