Paws and Protect Clinic to be Held in Wausau on Sunday

WAUSAU, WI (WSAU) — The City of Wausau will hold the annual Paws and Protect pet vaccination and microchipping clinic on Sunday.

The event, which will be held in Marathon Park’s East Gate Hall from noon to 3 p.m., offers free rabies vaccines and discounted microchipping services for cats and dogs to promote responsible pet ownership.

Pre-registration is required via www.wausaupet.org, and the event is limited to residents of the City of Wausau. Residents can also learn about pet licensing during the event.
