ANN ARBOR, MI (WSAU) – A Badgers hockey comeback fell short, falling to Michigan in overtime 3-2.
The Badgers trailed by two goals in the third period, but tied the game on Gavin Morrissey’s goal with 9-minutes left in regulation.
Michigan scored the game winning goal at 1:21 of overtime.
Michigan is now 11-6-1 and 5-3 in Big Ten play. The Badgers are now 7-10-1 overall and 5-7 in the Big Ten.

The #1 ranked Badgers women’s hockey team (19-1) is off until Jan 2 when they play Ohio State.
