UNIVERSITY PARK, PA (WSAU) The Badgers played from in-front on Saturday night, and completed a sweep of 18th ranked Penn State.
The Badgers won, 6-3. It was Wisconsin’s first series sweep of the season.
Wisconsin scored four goals in the first period. Kyle Kukkonel, Quinn Finley, Christian Fitzgerald, and Tyson Dyck k each found the back of the net.
Wisconsin improves to 4-8-0 for the season, and 3-5-0 in Big Ten play.

The Wisconsin women’s hockey team’s comeback fell short on the road against Ohio State.
Wisconsin, trailing 3-1, scored a short-handed goal in the third period but could get no closer.
The 3-2 defeat was the first loss of the season for Wisconsin.
