MILWAUKEE, WI (WSAU) – The Milwaukee Bucks will be getting a boost in Thursday night’s game six against the Pacers as star point guard Damian Lillard returns to action in hopes of extending the series to a game seven.
According to Chris Haynes of Bleacher Report and TNT, Damian Lillard is anticipated to participate in Thursday’s Game 6 against the Indiana Pacers. However, ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski reports that Giannis Antetokounmpo (calf) has been ruled out.
Lillard has missed the last two games after injuring his Achilles tendon in Game 3. Before getting injured, Lillard was putting on an offensive clinic, scoring 32.3 points, dishing out 5.3 assists, grabbing 3.7 rebounds, and snatching 1.3 steals a game, while Antetokounmpo has yet to play in a game this series after suffering the calf injury on a non-contact play during the regular season.
