MOSINEE, WI (WSAU) — The Trump campaign is hitting the Badger state hard this week as the days tick down before Election Day.
Vice President Mike Pence will hold a rally at the Central Wisconsin Airport in Mosinee on Wednesday at 3 PM, according to a press release from the Trump campaign. Doors for the event will open at 1:30 and will close by 2:30.
Tickets for the event are available for free and limited to two per mobile number. Tickets can be reserved here.
The stop is one of several that have been scheduled for Wisconsin this week. President Donald Trump will be in the La Crosse area on Tuesday while Donald Trump Jr will be in De Pere the same day.
Second Lady Karen Pence will also be in Wisconsin on Wednesday. Numerous women for Trump rallies will be held that same day across the state, including one in Kronenwetter and one in Stevens Point.
The Trump camp has placed a significant emphasis on Wisconsin, a state that went for Trump in 2016. However, the latest polling numbers have shown Democratic challenger Joe Biden with a four to nine-point lead over the last few weeks depending on which poll you’re looking at.
