Clark County "Spring into the Arts" 2026 Tour

Join us for our 16th Annual Clark County “Spring into the Arts” Tour Friday, April 24, 2026, from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. and Saturday, April 25, 2026, from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. hosted by Clark County Economic Development Corporation & Tourism Bureau. Enjoy a weekend driving along the scenic roads of Clark County meeting artists in their studios and gathering spots to view and purchase their creations. The tour features the finest artists, guest artists and their designs of painters, potters, photographers, sculptures, woodworkers, metal workers, jewelers, weavers, glass workers, mixed media, barnwood art and much more. Joining us this year are 11 host sites with many intriguing art studios, plus many sponsors offering fantastic food, lodging, and fun shopping opportunities. Spend your weekend relaxing and just enjoying yourself!

Barry Plautz of Steeple Gallery and Creative Center in Dorchester will be joining the tour again with the fantastic gallery offering a wide array of artwork including paintings, sculptures, ceramics, photography, jewelry and so much more. He also offers instructional art workshops for art enthusiasts of all ages.

While you are in the northern half of Clark County, take some time to visit the incredibly talented artists, Beau & Kara Lasiewicz just outside of Stetsonville. Their 3-story home/studio features fine art, realistic oil paintings, custom sculptural yet functional wooden tables, event photography and functional pottery inspired by nature. A Must See!

One of our many cluster points and also located in the northern portion of our county is The Owen Old School, located in “Historic” Downtown Owen hosting 6 artists featuring unique paintings, one-of-a-kind handmade jewelry, fused glass, mixed media, sculptures, garden art, beautiful wood turnings and birdhouses, birch bark designs, and contemporary earrings and jewelry and so much more!

Head over to Ron Volovsek’s “new location” in Greenwood with his handcrafted wooden décor, outdoor planters, birdhouses and more. Joining him again is Danae Stieglitz offering goat milk soaps, lotions, lip balms, body butters, laundry soap and more. Travel over the “Brand New” Highway G Bridge and check out Bob & Joann Trunkle while you are in town offering unique garden art from recycled metal and other materials.

Visit the Christine Center with 8 unique artists celebrating the beauty of natural woodland sanctuary and rural Wisconsin life. The artists are creative makers of vibrant paintings, artful pottery, marvelous metalwork, paper, jewelry, vinyl records, and unique mixed media. Enjoy their beautiful bookstore and meditation spaces, and sample delicious, intriguing tea and unique treats.

Returning again this year is the Bloomquist/Church Schoolhouse with a warm historical environment that welcomes everyone. This schoolhouse was built in 1907 and then moved to the Rock Dam Site in 2022. It was brought back to life for special occasion usage. This year hosting artist Kat Heron from Minneapolis, MN with her unique mix of handmade art and vintage-inspired pieces, along with decorative plates and barn-square paintings that are sure to please. Also, the Neillsville High School students will be displaying their fantastic artwork including paintings, stained glass, pottery also repurpose and redesign projects.

Nestled in the rolling hills of North Mound is where you will find the historic barn of Patrick J’s Imagination. Patrick offers one-of-a-kind wood furniture and wood art. Something you definitely do not want to miss. Joining him is his wife Kay featuring her handmade jewelry. Also, 3 other very creative guest artists showcasing pottery vases, birchbark prints , sconces, baskets, Acrylic paintings and more.

On top of that the historic Willard area also welcomes talented artists, Jason Lamovec with his one-of-a-kind beautiful rustic furniture. Joining him this year is Patty Lamovec displaying her fabric, wool, and screen artwork. Journey over to Mary Jo Fox’s, and discover her delightful watercolor paintings, painted furniture, & woven rag rugs. Joining her are Randy Fox featuring his handmade cutting boards, wooden boxes and more plus, Susan Koehler with her gorgeous pottery.

Don’t miss the return of The Highground Veteran artists exhibiting handmade candles and beautiful wood designs and more to be discovered in the “Welcome Center” at the High Ground Veteran Memorial.

North, South, East and West – Clark County has it all for the Art Enthusiast. Come join us for a special Friday & Saturday of art. Enjoy! We encourage groups to come; therefore, Shuttle Busses are also welcome.
