Sacred Womb Cycles

Soul Healing Bodywork & Wellness Center is proud to announce Sacred Womb Cycles: A Period Class for Girls & the Women Who Love Them, a special in-person gathering designed to educate, uplift, and demystify menstrual health for girls and the supportive women in their lives.
The class will be held on Monday, June 9th at 6:00 p.m. at the Soul Healing Bodywork & Wellness Center, located at 1907 Schofield Ave, Ste B, Schofield, WI.
Created by Amy Lee, a certified holistic wellness practitioner, bodyworker, and intuitive healer, Sacred Womb Cycles aims to provide young girls aged 11 and up with essential knowledge about how their menstrual cycles work, the role of hormones, and how to recognize when their bodies may need extra care. The class also opens a supportive space for mothers, grandmothers, aunts, or guardians to participate alongside their daughters and loved ones.
“I created this class because far too many young girls enter womanhood without understanding how their bodies work, and it can lead to confusion, shame, or anxiety,” said Amy Lee. “This class is about offering education and empowerment in a safe, supportive, and positive environment.”
Attendees can expect to learn:
How the menstrual cycle works and what each phase means for the body and emotions
The role of hormones in reproductive and overall health
Signs to recognize when something may be out of balance
How to develop a healthier, empowered relationship with their reproductive health
