Monteverdi Chorale Presents Fall Folk Music Concert

Monteverdi Master Chorale opens their season with two performances of A Journey Around the Globe Through Folk Music.

Saturday, November 18th

4:00 pm. | St. Stephens Catholic Church | Stevens Point ,WI

The concert will highlight choral settings of folk songs, from an array of nations including Hungary, Italy, and Mexico, by notable composers such as Claudio Monteverdi, Johannes Brahms, Zoltan Kodály, and many more.On the program is an arrangement by Monteverdi Chorale's Artistic Director himself, Dr. Matheus Cruz, of two folk songs from his home country Brazil.
