After struggling with my “mom pouch,” I finally decided to try CoolSculpting at Élevé Vitality & Aesthetics, and the entire experience was sooo cool (literally!).
My provider, Katrina, walked me through the paperwork, explained the procedure, and set clear expectations for what was to come. We started by taking “before” pictures of my stomach, and then she used a sharpie to carefully mark the exact target areas where the machine would suction. Once a cold gel sheet was applied to protect my skin, the machine did its job, suctioning the fat while I stayed perfectly cozy under a heated blanket. Afterward, Katrina massaged the treated areas to break up the frozen fat cells. While results vary for everyone, I am so excited to see a much flatter stomach over the next two months!
