LADYSMITH, WI (WSAU) — A 29-year-old Stevens Point woman was found dead in Rusk County earlier this month.
Sheriff’s Officers were called to an area north of Ladysmith for a report of an abandoned vehicle, registered to Jade Olson of Stevens Point.
Officers found her body near the scene. An autopsy will be conducted to determine the cause of death.
No further information has been released, though investigators say this is an isolated incident and there is no danger to the public.
