KRONENWETTER, WI (WSAU) — Kronenwetter Administrator James Davel has been cleared of any wrongdoing in connection with an employee complaint.
Village leaders announced the results of a third-party investigation Tuesday morning, saying the situation involved a “workplace allegation.”
The Village Board hired an outside firm to look into the allegations on March 12th. That firm had no prior connection with the Village “to ensure the investigation was conducted ina fair, thorough, and legal manner.”
No further information was immediately released, including details about what was in the complaint. Officials said if the Village is able to share more information in the future, they will do so. They add that they are ready to put the situation in the past and “focus on improving the community and addressing its taxpayers’ interests.”
