Dec 14 (Reuters) – iRobot said on Sunday that it has started a pre-packaged Chapter 11 bankruptcy process in the district of Delaware.
The Roomba-maker said it has entered into a restructuring support agreement (RSA) with a secured lender and its primary contract manufacturer Picea to be acquired through a court-supervised process.
