I am so excited because I went to Eleve yesterday and I did something I’ve never done before in my life…. LASER HAIR REMOVAL!
I honestly couldn’t decide what part of me I wanted lasered, so I started with my little peach fuzz on the sides of my mouth (LOL)
Although it’s a little embarrassing to admit, I hated the tiny little hairs under my nose and by my mouth, it made me feel…. not so feminine. The staff at Eleve including Betsy, the Laser Hair Removal specialist, was awesome at reassuring me that pretty much everyone has it, it’s super normal, and that they are going to get me looking and feeling my best self, which is what they always have done!
The process was super easy, I just set up my appointment with Betsy, when I arrived, she took a few minutes to go over what I wanted removed (basically all the places you CAN get hair removed!) and what we would start with at that first appointment. I didn’t know what to expect, so we decided we would start with my upper / side lip area. She took a cleansing wipe, cleaned the area, then took disposable razor and just shaved any access hair that was there and then put some goggles on me to protect my eyes. She then put her own eye protection glasses on and started with the lasering. She simultaneously blew cold air from a tool while she lasered and it kind of tickled!
I am so excited to see the results, I’m very happy that this is something permanent, and I can’t wait for my next appointment in December to get the other areas lasered! Stay tuned for my next update!
