MADISON, WI (WTAQ) – Governor Tony Evers has announced a package of bill proposals to combat the COVID-19 pandemic.
This comes as the state sets a new COVID-related death record and as health officials warn that it could be months before a vaccine could be widely distributed.
A summary and spending breakdown of the bills are available online.
Assembly Speaker Robin Vos also outlined Republican priorities Tuesday, but did not release specifics. He did say that legislators hope to work with the governor to come to a final solution.
