BUCHAREST (Reuters) – Romanian far-right pro-Russian presidential contender Calin Georgescu will challenge a decision to bar him from running in a repeat May election at the Constitutional Court, one of his advisers told Reuters on Monday.
Challenges to decisions by Romania’s central election authority must be filed within 24 hours, with the court expected to rule by Wednesday.
