GREEN BAY, WI (WSAU) – First-round offensive lineman Jordan Morgan will miss the remainder of the 2024 season due to a shoulder injury that has persisted since August.
During his Wednesday press conference, head coach Matt LaFleur made the announcement by telling The Athletic’s Matt Schneidman, “Yeah, he’s done for the year.” Morgan, who was selected 25th overall in the 2024 draft, was recently seen at practice with a sling on as he remains on injured reserve.
Morgan played in just six games and made one start during the 2024 season, while Sean Rhyan has made most of the team’s starts at right guard. He hasn’t played since suffering the injury to his shoulder during a workout on November 14 after starting his first game of the season and playing all 65 snaps against the Detroit Lions in Week 9.
