GREEN BAY, WI (WSAU) — A pair of first-half touchdown passes from Jordan Love to Jayden Reed helped the Packers build a 24-3 advantage on their way to a 30-17 win on Thanksgiving at Lambeau Field.
Reed finished the game with three catches for 24 yards and two scores. He also recorded one carry for 23 yards. Love went 21/28 for 274 yards passing.
Josh Jacobs led the ground game with 19 carries for 43 yards and one TD, a one-yard rush in the first quarter to cap a 13-play, 76-yard drive. He also caught four passes for 74 yards. Tucker Kraft added six receptions for 78 yards.
Brandon McManus went a perfect 3/3 on field goals and 3/3 on extra points. That included a 46-yard kick to close the first half.
Isaiah McDuffie led the defense with seven tackles (one for loss) and three assists. He was also credited with one forced fumble and a pass breakup.
The game was part of the NFL’s John Madden Thanksgiving schedule, honoring the late Oakland Raiders Head Coach and longtime voice of NFL action. The original Madden Cruiser, the bus he took to games because of his fear of flying, appeared at Lambeau for the game.
Love, Jacobs, and McDuffie were named the Madden Thanksgiving Players of the Game and dug into the famous turkey legs following the game. Former Packer LeRoy Butler served them up live on the NBC broadcast.
