MILWAUKEE, WI (WSAU) — The Milwaukee Brewers used the home run ball to top the St. Louis Cardinals 9-3 on Monday at American Family Field.
Willy Adames hit a three-run blast that ran his homer streak to five straight games and set a major-league record with his 13th three run homer of the season
Jackson Chourio stayed hot hitting a grand slam and Rhys Hoskins added a two run shot.
Freddy Peralta gave up the three runs over 5 1/3 innings but picked up the win.
The Brewers, now 81-57 and up on the Cubs by 10 games in the Central Division, will host the Cardinals again tonight…pre game show at 6:05 on WSAU.
