WAUSAU, WI (WSAU) — The North Central Community Services Program Board has called a closed-session meeting for Thursday regarding the soon-to-be-vacated director’s position for North Central Health Care.
According to the posted agenda, the board will go into closed session regarding a “review of [a] draft contract for interim executive services and discussions and negotiations with [a] potential contractor.”
Current Interim CEO and CFO Jill Meschke is resigning effective Thursday to take a new opportunity outside of Central Wisconsin. She’s been with NCHC since March of 2020 and was elevated to Interim CEO following Michael Loy’s departure from the board in the summer of 2021.
Meschke announced her resignation in January when she released a statement saying “serving NCHC has been my immense pleasure. The organization is fortunate to have compassionate and dedicated people at all levels and opportunities abound for a bright future for the organization.”
