Joshua Woods
WAUSAU, WI (WSAU-WAOW) – A trial began Monday for Joshua Woods of Onalaska, who is facing a charge of second-degree sexual assault of a child.
The 43-year-old was originally set to go on trial in November, but it ended in a mistrial after two jury members said they could no longer be impartial.
The trial is scheduled to last three days.
Woods is also charged in a separate sexual assault case in La Crosse County. His next court appearance for that case is scheduled for April 7.
