STEVENS POINT, WI (WSAU-WAOW) – A Wisconsin Rapids man has now been sentenced for selling the drugs that killed a woman and her unborn baby.
Laron Thomas was convicted in August of first-degree reckless homicide by the delivery of drugs and first-degree reckless homicide of an unborn child.
Friday,he was sentenced to at least 15 years in prison and 7 years of extended supervision. He will get credit for 206 days also served.
The woman who died’s boyfriend, Isaiah Solis, was sentenced earlier this year for his role in the death.
