LOS ANGELES, CA (WSAU) –The Milwaukee Brewers offense sputtered for the third game in a row and the Los Angeles Dodgers won game three of the National League Championship 3-1 on Thursday at Dodger Stadium.
Milwaukee only managed four hits in the game and scored their only run in the second inning when Caleb Durbin tripled and Jake Bauers drove him in with a single.
The game was tied at 1-1 through five innings as Jacob Misiorowski pitched well again for the Brewers. He tossed five innings giving up one earned run on three hits with nine Ks and just one walk.
The Dodgers were able to plate two runs in the 6th and made the 3-1 lead stand up.
Los Angeles now leads the series 3-0 and will try and close out Milwaukee tonight. You can hear the game on WSAU…pre-game show at 7pm.
