ROTHSCHILD, WI (WSAU) Starbucks announced plans to close more than 1,000 underperforming stores around the United States. One of those locations is in Rothschild.
Starbucks corporate offices said the shutdowns would happen by the end of September, with impacted employees notified by last Friday.
The Starbucks near the Cedar Creek Mall closed on Saturday. Customers were informed by a note on the door, suggesting another location on Kort Street off Highway 51.
