I just want to take a minute to say how proud I am of myself. I will admit, I’ve been through quite a few ups and downs this year, but one thing that has been constant, is the support I have at Eleve.
They never judge, they are always there ready to help me fight my battles when it comes to nutrition and exercise because lets be real – it’s not always an easy task to stay on top of it all… And that’s OKAY.
I can tell them where I’m struggling, what my weaknesses may be, and they will help me get back on the saddle. They suggest delicious yet healthy recipes that are tailored to MY likes, they never suggest eating something I don’t like.
The Nutritionist Kirsten has shown me different helpful apps I can use to track my food intake and it counts my vitamins for me, let’s me know what I’ve already consumed and what else I still need for that day in order to reach my goal.
The cool part is that the Vitality Program is FLEXIBLE. They work with YOUR specific needs and your likes and dislikes. They look at what reasonably works for YOUR schedule and family dynamic.
