WAUSAU, WI (WSAU) — Central Wisconsin is well represented in the 2025 Coolest Thing Made in Wisconsin contest.
Wisconsin Manufacturers and Commerce has announced 148 nominees for the 10th annual contest, a salute to manufacturing and products made in the Badger State. Among those, here are the items made in Central Wisconsin:

- Steel King- Custom Order Picking Module (Stevens Point)
- Thorogood Genesis Workboot- (Merrill)
- Thron Made- 3D Printed Furniture (Schofield)
- Tommy Docks- Flexx Modular Floating Dock (Weston)
- Timberpro- Tracked Feller Buncher (Shawano)
- Vigor Solutions- JBL Flip 7 Speaker Mount (Edgar)

WMC says the full list of nominees “Represent[s] the breadth of Badger State manufacturing, hailing from each corner of the state and representing a wide array of industries.”
Other items featured are Viking pool cues (Middleton), beer from Third Space Brewing (Milwaukee), 1-oz Maple Syrup packages from The Maple Dude (Granton), and no-salt bratwurst from Medalcraft Mint in Sheboygan.
The field also includes a Carmel Apple Pizza from 1913 Kickapoo Orchard in Gays Mills.
Early voting begins Monday at madeinwis.com. Everyone is encouraged to vote once per day, per email address. This year’s winner will be named on October 23rd during the WMC Business Day Event in Madison.
