Hello Lovelies!
After a long, hot Summer, I am pleased to share that I am back on the saddle! (Well, I mean gym but you get what I mean).
I have kept busy all summer, running around doing events and making memories with my kids that 1.) I wasn’t really able to fit gym time into my schedule and 2.) I was typically keeping pretty active by being outside a lot. However, now that September is here, that means (unfortunately) the weather is getting colder again, and I know that also means the holidays will be here before we know it.
You know what comes with holidays…. All the delicious food that is impossible to resist. And that’s totally fine! But that’s why I am determined to get ahead of the game. I notice that when I go to the gym, I sleep better, and I know that I’ve done something really great for my body, so it boosts my mood and gives me a sense of pride and accomplishment!
Let me tell you something – You may not feel like being active or eating healthy all the time, but one thing I do know is that you will never regret when you do. You will never regret making healthy lifestyle choices, but if you don’t, you may suffer the consequences, which will make you regret NOT having done so.
