Hello Lovelies!
It’s been awhile since I posted about my Eleve Journey, because let’s face it – it’s been a very busy Summer.
I have to admit something, however. Even though I’ve been more active, I may have indulged this summer (Fair food = VERY tempting), being on the go nonstop. But I don’t have to worry, because the amazing team at Eleve is there to help me get back on track.
I met with their amazing Dietician Kristen, and we talked about my good food habits, and my not so good ones. She advised me to keep a food journal and then check back in about a month to see what I’m eating and how it’s been affecting me.
That sounds good to me!
She also taught me that this program (and really advice to take with me for all aspects of life) is PROGRESS over PERFECTION. If I indulged in a sugary dessert, or had a soda, I shouldn’t completely beat myself up for it. I am still doing better than I did before I started the program, and that’s a win.
That’s what I love about Eleve – they know how difficult it can be, but they are there to guide you with new ideas, recipes, and convenient ways to track your eating and exercising habits.
I told Kristen everything I liked to eat, I admitted to the things I did not, and she told me that actually, it wouldn’t be too hard to work with.
Now that the Summer is winding down, I can’t wait to see what new activities and exercises I can find, and recipes to try.
