WAUPACA, WI (WSAU-WAOW) – One man is dead following a single motorcycle crash in the Township of Waupaca on Tuesday.
In a release, the Waupaca County Sheriff’s Office says they were notified just after 1:45pm about the crash near County Highway E and Casey Road.
Law enforcement determined the driver, an unidentified 46-year-old man, was traveling northbound on County Highway E when his motorcycle entered the ditch and crashed into several trees on Casey Road.
Officers performed life-saving measures on the man when they arrived, but he was later pronounced dead on the scene.
The crash remains under investigation.
