James Radford
SHAWANO, WI (WSAU) — Homicide charges have been filed in connection with the 2016 death of Sabrina Radford.
James C. Radford was taken into custody on April 15th after nine years of interviews and forensic investigation. Officers believe he shot Sabrina, then reported the death as a suicide.
The 39-year-old has been charged with first-degree reckless homicide and is being held on an $800,000 cash bond. No further information was released, though the criminal complaint reportedly outlines several pieces of evidence that didn’t match Radford’s story of a suicide.
That includes evidence on the gun and digital evidence in her phone.
Radford returns to court for a hearing on June 9th. If found guilty, he faces up to 60 years in prison.
