MERRILL, WI (WSAU) — A 19-year-old Milwaukee man is on the run after he was released from the Lincoln County Jail on Huber privileges.
David Brown was released for a job interview on May 1st. When he didn’t return, officials with the jail reached out to the employer, who confirmed he didn’t show up.
Jail officials believe he was picked up in Merrill by 22-year-old Earnest Julien. Both are now facing charges in connection with the escape.
