Milwaukee Bucks
MILWAUKEE, WI (WSAU) โ In a game that didnโt mean anything for their playoff seedings, the Milwaukee Bucks rested most of their regulars but it didnโt matter. A 71 point first half led them to a 140-133 win over the Detroit Pistons on Sunday at Fiserv Forum.
It was the Bucks 8th straight win.
Pat Connaughton had 43 points and 11 rebounds to lead the Bucks. Kyle Kuzma had 22 and Tyler Smith had 20. Pete Nance had 19 and Jamaree Bouyea added 15 with seven assists. Nance and Bouyea are two-way players and were making their first NBA starts.
Kuzma had all 22 of his points in the first quarter including five three-pointers before taking the rest of the day off.
The Bucks finish the regular season at 48-34 and are the fifth seed in the East. They will face the Indiana Pacers in the first round of the playoffs. The first game is Saturday afternoon.
