DENVER, COL (WSAU) — The Milwaukee Brewers hit three home runs among 13 hits in a 17-2 rout of the Colorado Rockies on Wednesday at Coor Field.
Jackson Chourio stayed hot with a three-run homer and five RBIs. William Contreras and Christian Yelich also went deep. The Brewers plated five runs in both the 3rd and 5th innings before adding seven runs in the 9th.
On a night when Milwaukee used five different pitchers, Grant Anderson picked up the win with two scoreless innings.
The Brewers, now 7-5, will play the Rockies this afternoon…pre-game show at 1:35 on WSAU.
