Hello Lovelies!
I’m about 2 months in to my Eleve Medspa Journey, and I’ll admit – there are days that are tougher than others. There are days I have sweet tooth cravings, or days I don’t want to do an exercise. And guess what? – That’s NORMAL.
Eleve and their incredible Vitality team has taught me that it’s not about perfection, it’s about progress. And even so , there are days that you just don’t feel totally up to it.
One thing I’ve found helps, is to use tools to help yourself visualize a healthier you. This could be a healthier version of you in a few weeks, months, years, or all of the above. Ask yourself: What health goals would you like to accomplish?
Mine are:
- Transform my body to a stronger, more toned one
- Maintain energy throughout the day and establish better sleeping habits
- Get rid of stress and migraines
- Better Posture / Alleviate neck and back tension
- Kick the overactive sweet tooth to the curb
I’ve learned that whenever I’m feeling less motivated, lazy, -or anything of the sort – I can utilize tools such as Pinterest, journaling, meditating, and even reaching out to my amazing friends at Eleve, because they truly understand the challenges that come with transforming your health. They are there to remind you that you are worthy of the best, and you are so capable of achieving just that. Making progress is the most important part. It’s not about doing things perfect all the time, it’s about never giving up.
