Milwaukee Bucks
DENVER, COL (WSAU)– The Milwaukee Bucks ended their 10-day road trip with a 127-117 loss to the Denver Nuggets. The Bucks were playing without Giannis who was out with a bad foot. They also are without Damian Lillard who is out indefintely with a blood clot issue.
They were also without back-up big men Jericho Sims and Bobby Portis Jr
Nikola Jokic put up a triple-double for Denver with 39 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists. Michael Porter Jr had 23 points and 10 rebounds.
The Bucks were led by Brook Lopez with 26 points. The balalnced attack also saw 17 from Ryan Rollins, 16 from Gary Trent Jr, 15 from Taurean Price and AJ Green, 12 from Kevin Porter Jr and 10 from Kyle Kuzma.
The Bucks fall to 40-32 and have dropped into the 6th seed in the East, percentage points behind Detroit. They have two games remaining against Detroit before the end of the season. The Bucks next game is Friday vs The New York Knicks at Fiserv Forum.
