Hello Lovelies!
I’m just over a month into my Vitality program, and let me tell you how excited I am to incorporate my favorite things into my exercise routine. I LOVE the sunshine, I LOVE the birds chirping and getting outside whenever I can, so going for walks is like a win-win, because I’m getting fresh air, some vitamin D, and helping my body out when it comes to getting fit!
The thing I love most about Eleve is it’s not just a “one size fits all” program. The team is dedicated to digging DEEP into your health history, taking tests and assessments to really pinpoint what your body needs, and then from there, they create a program that meets you where you are at.
I KNOW how intimidating it can be, if you need to lose weight or make healthier changes – we aren’t always used to that. We are certainly creatures of habit, and it can be hard and uncomfortable to break those bad habits. Katrina the Wellness Coordinator and Dr. Babiarz have been AMAZING at helping create a health plan that’s actually DOABLE, let’s me be flexible and also lets me have FUN with it.
I don’t have to go hungry, I don’t have to suffer from bland foods, I don’t have to work so hard until I pass out – It’s all about making small changes step by step because let’s face it – in order to have success, you need something sustainable and doable. If it’s too extreme, you may just want to throw in the towel. Some health programs are like that, but Eleve isn’t. Eleve’s Vitality program teaches you how to kick those bad habits to the curb, little by little, to make lasting, positive change.
I’m so excited to continue to go for my walks in the evening, I can enjoy them alone or bring my fiancee and kids to tag along – it makes for great family time, and my body thanks me as well.
