TOWN OF EASTON, WI (WSAU) — The Adams County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help after a massive steel pipe was stolen from a lot in the town of Easton.
The pipe was lying in a wooded area along West 14th Lane. The pipe weighs between 600-800 pounds. Officers haven’t said what it was used for or if it was leftover from a recent project.
It’s unclear how the thieves got away with it.
Anyone with information about the theft should contact Adams County Sheriff’s Deputy Murphy and reference case #25-0035. Tips can also be made to Adams County Crime Stoppers at (877) 524-5846.
Those who submit tips to Crimestoppers can remain anonymous and are eligible for a cash reward if their tip leads to an arrest.
