MARSHFIELD, WI (WSAU) — Police in Marshfield have identified the body that was found in a field near the Marshfield Medical Center campus last Saturday, December 7th.
The deceased is identified as 35-year-old Muhammed Naqeeb Zubair. The Southern California resident was in Marshfield visiting family at the time of his death.
Officers say no cause of death has been found, but there is no reason to suspect foul play. They add that this is an isolated incident and there is no risk to the public.
Zubair’s body was discovered on Saturday, December 7th. No further information has been released.
