WAUSAU, WI (WSAU-WAOW) – If you have DirecTV, you’ve probably realized that you can’t get News 9 or other local channels.
Downdetector.com reports that users around the country are experiencing the same problem and in a post on X, the DIRECTV Help account responded to users who complained about their service not working.
“We’re aware and are working to resolve an issue affecting some satellite customers. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate their patience,” the post said.
DirecTV has not made any formal posts on their social media channels or websites regarding the issue.
