ADAMS FRIENDSHIP, WI (WSAU) – The name of a 22-year-old Wisconsin Dells resident who died in a car accident early on Friday morning has been published by the Adams County Sheriff’s Office.
According to investigators, Adam Hanson died after his vehicle slammed into some trees on Fern Avenue in Springville around 1 AM.
The preliminary investigation shows that the car was moving quickly west on Fern Avenue. As a result of the driver’s loss of control, the car entered the north ditch and hit numerous trees.
The crash may have been caused by speed and drinking, according to investigators.
