WAUSAU, WI (WSAU) — The annual Wausau Events Holiday Parade will be happening tonight in Wausau.
The parade starts at Marathon Park at 6:30 pm and continues to downtown Wausau.
The warming party will take place inside the Great Hall at the Grand Theater from 5pm-8:30pm. There will be free cookies and hot chocolate and visits with Santa and Mrs Claus. Santa will be in the Great Hall from 5-7 before heading out to join the parade. He will return to the Great Hall afterwards.
Wausau mayor Katie Rosenberg will light the decorated tree on the 400 block following the parade.
