Occasionally Chandra will text my fiancé and ask her for advice when it comes to baking. I happened to be there when she recently asked her the question “Does sugar go bad?”. Carrie felt bad for messing with her, but Chandra did laugh after she found out I was behind the “test” to see if sugar has expired. Chandra vowed to get revenge. I’ll keep you updated. LOL
FYI… According to a quick search for “Does sugar go bad“, Google says “Technically sugar never spoils,” explain food safety experts from the US Department of Agriculture’s Food Service and Inspection Service, though they do add, “for best quality it is recommended to use within two years of opening.”
