MILWAUKEE, WI (WSAU) — The Milwaukee Bucks will play two of their first three games on national TV and more than 20 games on ESPN and TNT overall as part of the 2022-’23 regular season schedule.
Milwaukee draws the Philadelphia 76ers as part of an opening night doubleheader on TNT which begins at 6:30 PM. The home opener comes two days later, October 22nd, against Houston, and they’ll follow that with a game Wednesday, October 26th against the Brooklyn Nets at home on ESPN.
As announced earlier this week Milwaukee will play a prestigious Christmas Day game against Boster, that will be December 25th at TD Garden with tip-off set for 4 PM CT, that game will also be broadcast by ESPN with a simulcast on ABC as well.
The Bucks will make four additional appearances on ABC- Saturday, January 14th vs Miami, Sunday, February 26th against Phoenix in a rematch of the 2021 NBA Finals, Saturday, March 4th vs Philadelphia, and March 11th against Golden State in a matchup of the last two NBA champions.
Other highlights of the schedule include a league-wide off day for the 2022 mid-term election on November 8th. This year’s All-Star events will be in Salt Lake City, Utah February 17th-19th.
The regular season ends Sunday, April 9th with the Bucks playing Toronto. The NBA Play-in tournament for the 7th and 8th seeds in the Playoff bracket will be held between April 11th and 14th, the Playoffs will begin on the 15th. The NBA Finals will begin no later than June 1st.
