RHINELANDER, WI (WSAU) — The Oneida County Sheriff’s Office, Wisconsin DOJ, and other Northwoods Law Enforcement agencies are asking for information about a 29-year-old Lac du Flambeau man.
Frank Schuman is the subject of an investigation at this time, which centers on “violent acts against women.” Officers say anyone who knows of such acts that may have been committed by Schuman or has had contact with potential victims should contact the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office at 715-361-5201.
Officers did not provide any details regarding specific complaints against Schuman, nor did they confirm if any charges have been brought forward against him.
